This is the 1st blog ever for me, but I’ll try not to disappoint. I have a lot on my mind so let’s get started.
Workplace Atmosphere
It has always be my motto “I go to work to make money, not friends.” I fortunately enough have been lucky to call the people I work my friends. When you have love & respect you co-workers, along with loving what you do that’s a beautiful combination. But there’s a fine line between the relaxed attitude of friendship & taking care of business. I myself have been at fault of this and have been working hard to separate the two. It takes a mature person who’s been around the block to realize these things & correct there mistakes. Not say I’m sorry & then do the same thing again.
That’s why certain jobs should have age requirements. Young people don’t know when the have it good. They haven’t been through the struggles to see what it takes to handle certain situations. Young people have no respect for pecking orders; don’t understand that shit rolls down hill. They think that they are made of Teflon. You don’t know everything, so sometimes it’s good to listen. This kind of disrespect for authority can ruin a wonderful workplace atmosphere.
I know some of you have been through this & there’s no right way to handle it. But if there were an age requirement for certain jobs & job titles the world would be a much better place. We would also have a lot of rich people in the world. Good Work Atmosphere = Great Work = Huge Profits = Huge Bonus Checks = Everybody Rich & Happy
Now I’m not saying youngsters should have jobs. You have McDonalds, Wal-Mart, Footlocker, & Starbucks you know jobs like that.
GET THE YOUNG ASS, DISRESPECTFUL, NEVER STRUGGLED, PUNKS OUT OF THE WORKPLACE; or just set age requirements for certain jobs.
