Everyone Wear’s Different Hats

Sometimes I’m given a lot of crap because I go into White Voice or talk very proper when I’m handling business.  I talk different or go into what some call Black Dee when I’m kicking it w/my boys.  Everyone wears different hats at some point in there day, week or life.  I’m going to introduce you to all the different sides of Dee.  It’s hard work just waking everyone up on time in the morning.

Side - 1
Dee Reed aka White Voice aka Deeyotch - This dude is the one most Lex & Terry listeners are familiar with.  This side of Dee is the most complex of all.  Deeyotch is the guy that you here on the radio out doing bits.  Dee Reed & White Voice are the ones that will book guest, handle affiliate business & manages The Lex & Terry Store.  This side of Dee’s personality is sometimes referred to as his Bryant Gumbel side.

Side - 2
D-Ski Smoove aka Black Victor Newman aka Mr. Do Right – This guy is the partier of the bunch; D-Ski Smoove is a hellva DJ & promoter that gets the party crunk.  Black Victor Newman a play off the great Victor Newman from The Young & The Restless soap opera, this cat is always working making deals & stacking paper.  Mr. Do Right is the lady’s man, and the host of the Slick & Slow Mixtape series.  He knows all the right things to say to the women, but uses his powers for education not exploitations.  These are three names that just describe another side of Dee’s wonderful personality.

Daddy aka Mr. Reed – Daddy is what it is, trying to do the right thing by my kids, on top of making the childhood fun.  I curse a lot around my kids, but the think its funny when I curse.  Mr. Reed is that dude that brings home that bread & pays the bills.  He’s also the preacher, provider & protector of his home.  Mr. Reed is also a practicing Rooster, but that’s a whole different blog for another time.  Very few people get to see this side of my personality.

Devell Reed Jr. aka Stank’um aka Boo – Devell Reed Jr. is that dude that’s just a regular guy & husband a lot of times he’s the one that makes wifey mad.  He’s also the one bill collectors are always looking for, but never talk to.  Stamk’um is that playful dude that wifey loves to death.  He & wifey are always playing & laughing together.  She actually gave me the name Stank’um.  Boo is the lover, the one that takes of his wife’s needs.  He’s romantic, passionate & a hellva lover.  Boo is that dude you will never see, he’s for wifey’s eyes only!


Some my think that I’m crazy, weird or some might not know what the hell my problem is, but it’s good.  Everyone has different hats or sides of there personality that they show at different times.  You may not go into great detail like I do to name these parts of your personality, but hey that could just be me.  I’m going to be 100 with you til’ the end, so just let it do what it do.  Even though I am a practicing Rooster, there are still things that I have to keep my life in order.
