So, here's the deal with the site.
There is a lot of "fixin'" going on behind the scenes and its going to be a week or so more before we start to post the podcasts to the website.
Why? Because we want to make sure it is fixed this time. So, if it takes a bit longer, so be it. My apologies.
Knowing that you have paid for access to the site and getting the uncensored podcasts is a major part of your reason for subscribing. While we fix all of this the podcasts are being posted to iTunes as always. Knowing that some of you are having issues with iTunes, know that you can pull from the RSS feed page (pending that you have a RSS reader).

To make this right, we will only add your "free extra month" to your account after we start posting the podcasts. So, until its right, you will get the full time you paid for, either a month or year. Plus as a bonus, for this coming two week vacation, we WILL be posting podcasts from the "Best Of's".
Now I shall, "blog"...
Funny, but this experience of launching the site has exposed me to a whole new universe of frustration.
Being a consumer, I have a very serious sense about "customer service" and how companies should treat people that spend money. My expectations are that when businesses do something wrong, they should eat the costs and go out of their way to make the situation right with that customer. So, in the real world, people probably hate to see me walk through their store doors.
Now, I'm on the other side of the coin.
Man, there are some dumb fucks out there.
I totally believe in the rule, "The customer is always right", but for the love of the sweet Baby Jesus - if you can't type, remember your email address or password - stay off the internet.
It's not my fault that you gave yourself the email address "yummimuffin@whatever.com", but you forgot that you spelled it "yummi" instead of "yummy".
I cannot help you when the password YOU gave yourself is the ID Number from the 3rd Starship Enterprise, but you SWEAR up and down it is "yodarocks69".
Actually I can fix both of those issues pretty quickly, it is the repeat offender that I want to pee on.
I love you people, and my appreciation of your purchase cannot be measured. Even you knuckleheads.
My next blog will be my Xmas Gift Wish List - with links included!
