This Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable costs and attorneys' fees. Venue for any action hereunder shall be in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. If any court with competent jurisdiction should find any of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid, the remainder of the document is still considered valid and shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of LEX AND TERRY ONLINE.
